Key takeaways

Last fall, Zendrive launched #FundMyStreets, a program designed to support local solutions to local traffic safety programs. Lyft, Uber, Juno, HopSkipDrive, Bird, Lime, StopDistractions.org, Together for Safer Roads and Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) partnered with Zendrive to invite communities across the country to send their innovative and impactful proposals to make change where they live.

On December 18 we invited our #FundMyStreets finalists to each post a 30-second video on Twitter. The videos have been phenomenal (as you’ll see down below)! Our finalists have worked hard and will continue to do so through January 13 – the last day to collect retweets for their video proposals.

After January 13, our panel of judges will review each proposal and video. An indicator of success will be the level of community support generated online. One way the judges will measure support is through retweets on Twitter, and that’s where you come in!

The race for street safety and retweets.
